Pietsch Running for District Clerk

I, Jessica Pietsch, am excited to announce my candidacy for Fayette County District Clerk. I have been employed by Fayette County for fifteen years; ten of those years have been with the District Clerk’s Office where I am currently the Chief Deputy District Clerk. The experience I have gained while working alongside our current District Clerk, Linda Svrcek, has given me the capabilities and confidence to succeed in this position.

Craig Moreau Running for County Judge

Public service has shaped my entire adult life. I retired as a Senior Captain with the Houston Fire Department. In difficult moments, I witnessed humanity on its hardest days. As the Fayette County Chief of Emergency Management and Homeland Security, I learned what leadership looks like under pressure. These lessons carried our county through the Ice Storm, Covid-19, and the Hostyn Church explosion. As a non-profit CEO, I learned how to manage resources wisely, ensure accountability, and moving forward without waste.
