Maundy Thursday worship for SLM will be at St. John in Rutersville at 6 p.m. No soup supper. Pastor Jen is presiding. Good Friday worship will be at St. John in Ellinger at 2 p.m. with Pastor Jen presiding. All are welcome. Easter service will be at all four churches at normal times.

Worship services are still offered on Facebook, You Tube and KTIM 89.1 on Sundays at noon. Ellinger has worship every Sunday at 8 a.m. with communion.

Junior Livestock Show 

Kids aged up to 12 years old will enjoy candy-filled eggs and a visit from the Easter Bunny at a fun-filled easter egg hunt this Saturday, March 23 at 9 a.m. on the square. Good Friday Closure 

The City offices will be closed on Friday, March 29 in observance of Good Friday.

Music Series 

At the regular monthly meeting of the H. J. Ehler American Legion Post 102, La Grange on 13 March 2024, the Post and its Auxiliary Unit enjoyed a presentation by Josh Vandever, Fayette County EMS Director, after which the members enjoyed delicious home-made stew cooked by J. R. and Mary Baca. All then enjoyed the anniversary cake provided by the Auxiliary celebrating the 105th birthday of the American Legion. Pictured are, left to right, Norman T.
