Back by popular demand, the Treasure Trail, Burton’s city-wide yard sale, is returning for its second year on Saturday, Oct. 4, from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Last year’s event brought the community together for a fun-filled day of treasure hunting, and this year promises to be even bigger and better.

Happening on Thursday nights at Stray Gathering Ciwboy Church is the Ladies’ Bible Study, “Sweet Tea and Scripture.” Each week the ladies meet to discuss scripture, maybe do a craft and enjoy some fellowship with other Christian ladies. If you are interested in joining, come on Thursday night at 6:30 p.m.
