La Grange Police arrested a Weimar man for DWI after he fell asleep in a restaurant drivethrough and lost control of his vehicle. According to a report from La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath, the incident happened around 10:50 p.m.

Following the release of back-logged state data Monday, the number of active cases being reported by Fayette County officials has sky-rocketed up from less than 30 a week ago, to 45 confirmed and an additional 42 probable cases.
