Gary Neal McDaniel passed away surrounded by family on Dec. 8, 2023, at the age of 73. He was born in Houston on July 4, 1950 to Gilbert Hugh McDaniel and Emma Ruth Sears. Gary was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.

Funeral services for Linda Meyer, 68 of Serbin, were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 10, 2023 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Rehburg with Rev. Dr. Alvin Luedke officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Linda Marie (Zoch) Meyer was born Feb. 14, 1955 in Giddings to Paul and Esther (Becker) Zoch. Linda was united in marriage to Randy Dean Meyer Sr. on Jan. 16, 1977 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Serbin by Rev. Arthur Graf. Their marriage was blessed with four children, Rose, Jennifer, Randy Jr., and Stacy.
