Madeline Anita (Orsak) Petrofsky, 87, of Columbus, passed away on Friday, Jan. 12, 2024.
Madeline was born in Fayette County on May 27, 1936, the daughter of Joseph Floran Orsak and Marie (Shimek) Orsak. She married Paul Eldon Petrofsky in 1979.
She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Ellinger.
