Deputy Williams met with the driver 49-year-old Faliciano Martinez Fernandez of San Benito.

Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek reports that on Sunday evening, Feb. 1 around 6:42 p.m. Deputy Josh Jones conducted a traffic stop on U.S. Hwy. 290 westbound near Carmine for a traffic violation.
