New Water Well Construction to Begin In Ellinger

The Ellinger Sewer and Water Supply Corporation held its regular monthly meeting on Monday, Oct. 12, at the Ellinger Fire Station. Greg Hunger, president, called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. with all board members in attendance. Fayetteville Brethren Church to Host Parking Lot Worship Sunday

The Fayetteville Brethren Church at 1022 Kramr Rd. will have parking lot worship services on Saturday, Oct. 17, at 10 a.m. Holy Communion will be observed and services will be led by Rev. RT Council Talks Sidewalks and Dark Skies

The Round Top town council met Monday at the spacious Rifle Hall rather than the much smaller town hall to allow for social distancing and Mayor Barry Bone said it went well. The mayor expressed condolences for the recent passing of Round Top Real Estate cofounder (and councilman Frank Hillbolt’s mother) Charlotte Hillbolt as well as that of Rene Diehl, wife of Pastor Mathew Diehl.
