W Everyone is invited to attend an informational meeting/ luncheon on Sunday, Oct. 8 at Holy Cross in Warda on LERT (Lutheran Early Response Team.) This is to learn more about the possibility of forming a network of volunteers trained to respond in times of disaster.

Hillhouses Donate $30,000 to Children’s Advocacy Center

The Children’s Advocacy Center, serving Bastrop, Lee, and Fayette Counties, is honored to announce a significant $30,000 donation from community supporters Steve and Sumer Hillhouse. This generous contribution will be instrumental in the establishment of a fully equipped Children’s Advocacy Center satellite office in La Grange, designed to enhance support for victims and families in Fayette County.
