John Roland Taylor, a beloved figure in his community, passed away peacefully in his home in Austin on March 8, 2026, at the age of 88. He was surrounded by his family and cherished doggies “Nice Nala” and “Rosebud.” Born on Dec. 6, 1937, in La Grange, John was a proud descendant of a German pioneer family that settled in La Grange in 1834, and carried with him the rich heritage of his lineage, including Czech roots from the Kubecka family.

Jesus Christ called his faithful servant, Edward L. Matocha, Jr., home on March 6, 2026, to reunite with his beloved mother, Victoria (Srubar) and father, Edward L.

Pam was born on Nov. 1, 1945, in Pine Bluff, Ark.

Alice “Allyne” McGilvra was born in Allison, Ala. on Oct. 15, 1931 to William Wheaton and Mary Alice Hayes King. Unfortunately, she didn’t get to know her father well since he passed early in her life in 1937 from pneumonia. After his death, the family moved to Eutaw, Ala. In 1950 she met Walter McGilvra.

Matthew James Kosler, known affectionately as Matt by his loved ones, was a beacon of faith, intelligence, and selfless devotion.
