40 Days For Life Rally Held In Houston

Every October, The Houston Coalition for Life organizes a 40 Days for Life rally from the end of September through October. Bishop Brendan Cahill volunteered our Diocese of Victoria to cover this past Thursday. Father Scott Hill, Pastor of St. Rose of Lima Catholic School, teacher Mrs. Lindsey Schiffli, and eigth graders from St. Rose and St. Michael made the trip to Houston to peacefully pray outside of the abortion clinic on the Gulf Freeway. They prayed a couple of rosaries, the divine mercy chaplet, and a litany to the Blessed Mother for the conversion of hearts and that the sanctity of life may be respected and restored.
