Four students have been selected to represent Schulenburg High School at the Lamar University Honor Band. These students were selected out of over 200 students from 1A-6A schools to make up this band. Schulenburg is the only 2A being represented. They will perform a concert on March 26 at 7 p.m. in the Julie Rogers Theater in Beaumont. The Sacred Heart Altar Society members met on Monday, Feb. 7 in the Msgr. Harry Mazurkiewicz Parish Center. The meeting was opened with a prayer followed by the standard reports by the secretary, treasurer and assistant treasurer. Sixteen ladies attended the meeting.
