LHS One-Act Play Advances

Last Friday La Grange High School hosted their district oneact play competition.

La Grange’s play, Alfred Uhry’s “The Last Night of Ballyhoo” was one of three plays selected to advance to Bi-District that will be held here in La Grange on March 21-22. Among the individual awards La Grange participants won were:

All-Star Crew Member: Senior Rory Halpain

All-Star Crew: Rory Halpain (12th), Landon Von Minden (10th), Juan Zuniga (10th), Rebekah Valencia (10th), Ashley Marchbanks (9th)

Honorable Mention Cast: Hayden Splawn (11th) as Joe Farkas, Riley Lowe (9th) as Sunny Freitag.

All-Star Cast: Lauren Bull (11th) as Boo Levy, Genesis Parada (10th) as Lala Levy.
