The La Grange girls basketball team went on the road Tuesday and hammered Austin Achieve 60-5. Kylie Trlicek led the Lady Leps in scoring with 29 points.

Schulenburg basketball player Byron Johnson is a talented athlete who is cool, calm and collected on the football field and the basketball court as well. The junior has been a scoring machine for the Horns recently as they have a dazzling record of 7-2 in district play.

With their 14th win in a row, the La Grange boys basketball team has put themselves within one win of a second consecutive district title. The Leps dominated the visiting Austin Achieve Polar Bears Tuesday, winning 6733.

The Round Top-Carmine girls basketball team improved to 9-4 overall and 9-1 in district with a 59-36 win over Dime Box Tuesday, led by a 18 point night from Tess Eilers. Kennedy Flinn scored 16 and Jill Eilers scored 12.

The La Grange High School Swim Team competed in their District swim meet on Jan. 19 , 2024 in San Antonio at the NISD Natatorium.

La Grange swimmers Braxton, Dalton, and Quinlynn Landis are not only all siblings on the swim team, they’ve contributed heavily to a positive year for the Leps. Their consistent production earned them very high praises from head coach Gretchen Ledwik.

With a pair of victories Friday in Caldwell, the La Grange girls basketball team clinched a playoff berth and the boys won their 13th in a row to strengthen their district lead. The Lady Leps won 6322 led by a 24-point night from Kylie Trlicek.
