The Ellinger Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Holiday Music Show on Sunday, Dec. 4, at the Ellinger Community Center.

Faith Lutheran High School will present a Christmas concert, “Faith at Christmas,” on Tuesday Dec. 13 at 7 p.m. at FLHS. The program will include a collection of choir pieces, handbell pieces, hymns, scripture readings and more. Refreshments will be served following the program. Everyone is invited to attend. The event will also be live streamed on Facebook for those who prefer to enjoy the sounds of Christmas from home.

OP News Round Top’s Christmas tree lighting extravaganza will be Friday, Dec. 2 from 6-8 p.m.

Make plans to join in some festive fun at our annual Country Christmas on Saturday, December 10. The event, held by the Greater Fayetteville Chamber, includes the Tour of Homes (including a tour of FISD’s historic Red Building thrown in as a bonus) runs from 12 until 4 p.m.

The Carmine Lions Club delivered 145 pounds of food to the AMEN food pantry in La Grange recently. Many thanks to everyone who has donated food.

The third annual Outdoor Decorating contest will be held in Winchester with decorations to be in place for judging on Dec. 16-17.

The annual Christmas in Muldoon will not be happening this year. The main staple of Christmas in Muldoon, the Muldoon Courthouse, is currently under renovation and cannot function as the hub of the Christmas affair.
