Ron and Kristi Beck of Flatonia are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Riley Paige Beck to Blaine Henry Besetzny, son of Ralph and Bonnie Besetzny of St. John. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Ronnie and Mollie Beck, Thurman and Camilla Mitchell and Elizabeth Mitchell and the late Bill Mitchell. The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Edgar and Lillian Besetzny and the late Santiago and Soila Sanchez. Riley graduated from Texas A&M University in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and a Master of Agribusiness Dec. 17. Blaine graduated from Texas A&M University in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Spatial Science and is currently employed at Quiddity Engineering in College Station. The wedding is scheduled to take place at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in St. John on Jan. 7, 2023. The couple will reside in College Station.
