Angeline “Angie” (Tupa) Winkler, 91, of La Grange, passed away peacefully with her children by her side on Sunday, Sept. 19, 2021.

David Wayne Dodd, longtime resident of Carmine, died suddenly on Sept. 6, 2021.

Katie Rose Janecka was born on Dec. 8, 1980 to Margie and Ed Janecka. She had one older brother (Joe) at that time. Then followed by two more brothers and one sister (Charlie, John, and Elizabeth). Katie graduated from St. Michael Catholic School in 1995, then Weimar High School in 1999. She was, among other things, involved in FFA, Theater, and Volleyball. She then attended Blinn College in Brenham.

Robert Alfred Lehmann, 95, of Warda went to be with his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2021 after being diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia.

Funeral services for Roy Medack, 76 of Giddings, were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 19, 2021 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Giddings, with Rev. Robert Tiner and Vicar Josh Hahn officiating. Burial followed in the Giddings City Cemetery.

Wesley Lee Naumann, 64, of La Grange, passed away on Sunday evening, Aug. 22, 2021.

Helen Theresa Adamcik, 91, of Weimar, was called by the Lord to her eternal home to join the Lord and Victor on Sept. 9, 2021, after an extended Schulenburg Regency Nursing Center stay.

Mario Alonso Romero, 59, of Plum passed away Sept. 15, 2021 in Austin surrounded by his loving family.
