The Fayette County Grand Jury handed down 14 indictments on Feb. 24 for crimes allegedly committed in Fayette County.

Camp Lost Pines in Warda will be the site of an Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 16. As of March 18 the Gardenia E. Janssen Animal Shelter has 61 animals in care: 20 cats, 41 dogs. This number includes animals in the facility, in foster care for medical, space, or awaiting transport to rescue partner.

The Spring Antique Show is in full-swing. The larger venues like the Big Red Barn and Marburger Farms will open March 28 and March 29, respectively.
