Animal Shelter March 12-18 Totals

As of March 18 the Gardenia E. Janssen Animal Shelter has 61 animals in care: 20 cats, 41 dogs. This number includes animals in the facility, in foster care for medical, space, or awaiting transport to rescue partner.

At close of business on Friday, March 18, the shelter had 33 dogs in the kennel and a list of 29 dogs waiting to come in.

Total intake for the year to date is 184 dogs and in need.
