Shakespeare Returns To The Country

After a two-year recess for COVID, University of Texas Shakespeareans have set up camp in Fayette County and are well underway. Session one explores one of Shakespeare’s brightest comedies, “As You Like It.” Welcoming the challenges of Shakespeare’s words and characterizations, the students rise early to begin their day and retire late, following a schedule of creative activities that forge an ensemble approach to the play.
Camp Shakespeare resumed this year at Winedale after a two-year hiatus due to COVID-19.
