RT-C ISD Seeks Bids for Chain Link Fence

Round Top-Carmine ISD is accepting bids for installation of 4185 feet of 8 foot chain link fencing, with removal of existing fence; installation of a total of 4 new commercial AC units (3-15 ton, 1-7 ton) and removal of existing AC units. On-site evaluations for bids should be scheduled with the Superintendent by calling 979249-3200 or emailing bschovajsa@ rtcisd.net. Bids must be submitted by March 10 by 4 pm. Senior Connections Program a Success

There is a lot of action going on at Senior Connections these days, and folks are letting us know all about it. The group that has formed while participating in the ARTSSchulenburg Studio “Artful Seniors” program has really bonded.

2023 Fayette County Soil and Water Conservation Annual Banquet Held

Each year, the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board and the Association of Texas Soil and Water Conservation Districts sponsor the Texas Conservation Awards Program to recognize and honor those who dedicate themselves and their talents to the conservation and wise use of renewable natural resources.

Bell Hired as New City Manager of La Grange

La Grange City Council voted Monday night to hire Fred Franklin Bell of Los Fresnos as the next La Grange City Manager. Bell most recently served as assistant city manager for San Benito, a city of 24,250 in the Rio Grande Valley.
