Voter Information for Nov. 5 Election

The Fayette County Elections Office announced the following voter information for the Nov. 5 Presidential Election.

Key dates

• Election Day: Nov. 5

• Last day to register to vote: Oct. 7

• First day of early voting by personal appearance: Oct. 21

• Last day of early voting by personal appearance: Nov. 1

• Last day to apply for ballot by mail: Oct. 25

• Last day to for a county to receive a mailed ballot: Nov. 5 (Counted on Election Day) or Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2024 if postmarked (Counted as a late ballot) What Identification Do I Need To Vote • Texas Driver’s License

• Texas Personal ID Card

• Texas Election ID Certificate issued by DPS

• Texas Handgun License

• US Military ID Card with photograph

• US Citizenship Certificate with photograph

• US Passport Early Voting

• Early Voting will be conducted at the Fayette County Elections Office located in the Meadows Building at 275 Ellinger Road in La Grange. The voting room is located on the back side of the building.
