VFW Auxiliary Sponsors Social at Jefferson Place

VFW Auxiliary No. 5254 of La Grange sponsored a social for the residents at Jefferson Place Assisted Living on Friday, Jan. 10, at 2:30 p.m. The four Veteran residents were recognized and received gifts of appreciation for their service. The Veteran spouses were acknowledged and given tokens of appreciation. All the residents received a decorated “New Year” fluted “2025” glass filled with candy. There was an ice cream social, after which a winter-themed loteria/bingo was played.
