Two-Vehicle Accident Near Hostyn Church

A two-vehicle accident happened on top of the hill in front of the Hostyn Church last Monday, Sept. 30.

Texas Department of Public Safety investigated the crash, but a report had not been completed as of press time. According to preliminary details, one vehicle attempted a u-turn from the shoulder on top of the hill on FM 2436 near the intersection of Kallus Rd.

Another vehicle was heading northwest on FM 2436. As it topped the hill, it struck the vehicle attempting the u-turn. The preliminary report did not say whether there were injuries.
