Two Local Quilts Place at Houston Livestock Show, Including Best of Show!

Two entries in the Houston Livestock and Rodeo were from the Colorado Valley Quilt Guild in La Grange. Anita Todd placed Best in Show for her quilt titled “Hankie Panky (above, left). Also, Barbara Schellberg placed third in the piecing category. Barbara made the quilt, shown above, right, with Kathi Babcock machine quilting. It is titled “Exploding Wildflowers.”
