Two From LHS State Bound!

Saturday at Stephen F. Austin State University at the 4A Region 3 UIL Academic meet, two La Grange High School students qualified for state. Freshman Carolina Lira (below) placed second in Ready Writing, and Senior Eleanor Carey (above, left) was the gold medalist in Literary Criticism. Both Carolina and Eleanor are coached by Laurie Stork (above, right) and will compete at the State Meet at The University of Texas at Austin on Tuesday, May 19.
