Ten Youth Confirmed in Shared Lutheran Ministry Churches
Over the last two Sundays, 10 youth were confirmed from the churches in Shared Lutheran Ministry. They are Miranda Gross, Brylee Brugger, Grayslin Blaschke, Brooklyn Mc-Coy, Emmry Blaschke, Mylah Blaschke, Gentry Roberts-Oppermann, Carson Muesse, Rowdy Hrbacek, and Chance Weishuhn.
SLM Day Camp will be the week of June 8 in Rutersville. Drop off as early as 7:45 a.m. and pick up at 12:15 p.m. There is no charge for camp. Please call the office at (979) 249-3155 for details.
St. John in Warrenton will have a dedication for the new playscape. This ice cream social will be from 3-5 p.m. on May 24.
Brylee Brugger of St. John Lutheran in Ellinger affirmed her baptism on Sunday, May 3. Family and friends celebrated her after church with a brunch in the fellowship hall. She is the daughter of Chris and Laura Brugger.
Worship services are still offered on Facebook, You Tube and KTIM 89.1 on Sundays at noon. Ellinger has worship every Sunday at 8 a.m. with communion.
Graduation Celebration
Kasen Kocian graduated from Fayetteville High School on Friday, May 8 at 7 p.m. After the ceremony, friends and family enjoyed a celebration for Kasen and two classmates at the Ellinger Chamber of Commerce Hall. Black Cat Choir provided the music, and BBQ sandwiches were served for the evening meal. Kasen is the son of Wayne Kocian and Andy and Natasha Kollmann. Kasen will attend TSTC in Waco on a LCRA scholarship for instrumentation this Fall.

Brethren Church
Fayetteville Brethren Church has services the second, third and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10 a.m. Other services are at Industry Brethren on the second, third and fourth Saturdays at 5 p.m., Wesley Brethren on Sundays at 9 a.m. and Nelsonville Brethren on Sundays at 10:15 a.m. Rev. Mike Groseclose leads all the services. The Nelsonville service is live streamed on Nelsonville Brethren’s Facebook page.
