Second Chance Donates to Heroes Museum

Second Chance Emporium (SCE) recently donated $15,000 to the Texas Heroes Museum. Monies granted will be used to replace the building’s current access ramp with an aluminum ADA-compliant access ramp. The organization’s mission is to honor Texans who have served and sacrificed to secure and defend liberty, freedom and justice.
