Second Chance Donates to ARTS

Second Chance Emporium (SCE) recently donated $15,000 to Arts for Rural Texas (ARTS). Monies donated will be used to fund free art education to children grades one through six in Fayette County schools. The mission of the organization is to enrich lives through art and art education with an emphasis on providing opportunities for children.
