Schulenburg Shorthorn Class of 1963 Reunites

On Sunday, Oct. 20, the Schulenburg Shorthorn class of 1963 held their annual class reunion at the home of Harlan and Betty Guettermann. The meal consisted of fried chicken, potato salad and a salad prepared by Oakridge Smokehouse and desserts and appetizers prepared by classmates. The meal was generously paid for by two of the classmates. One of the decisions made at the meeting was to once again set up a scholarship fund in the amount of $650.00 through the school district to be awarded to a person attending a trade school.
