Schulenburg Festival Royalty Help at Special Needs Pageant

Miss Schulenburg Heaven Hrachovy and Miss Schulenburg 1st Runner-up Agnes Tofel had the opportunity to be a part of the Miss Sparkle Special Needs Pageant on Sunday, July 20, at the Cuero ISD Performing Arts Center. The pageant was created eight years ago by sisters Dallyn and Delynn Pesek, which allows young ladies with special needs to showcase their talents and beauty. Hrachovy and Tofel were given the opportunity to be contestant buddies and spent all day with their assigned contestant as they prepared for the contest, escorting them to hair and makeup, making sure they ate and then by helping crown the winners at the end of the pageant. It’s was such an amazing moment to watch each contestant shine on that stage.
