Yes, this rider did have a plastic Viking helmet zip-tied to the top of his regular cycling helmet as he approached La Grange.

The ACC Texas MS 150 packed La Grange this weekend with roughly 4,800 cyclists and a whole bunch of support folks.

The two-day ride, sponsored by American Communications Construction, is one of the largest fundraising events in the world in the fight against the disease multiple sclerosis. This was the 41st annual event.

Cyclists started in Austin or Houston and rode towards their overnight stay at the Fayette County Fairgrounds in La Grange before proceeding on to the finish line at Texas A&M Sunday.

As of press time, the cyclists had raised $8.2 million this year.
