Restaurant to Open in New Year

The restaurant will be located inside the old Boss’s Steak House at 710 W. Travis St. The place has undergone extensive renovations.

Owner Luis Orostieta, who also owns Las Fuentes Mexican Restaurant, said his new eatery will offer American food such as steaks, hamburgers, soups and salads. It will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. It will also include a full-service bar.

Right now, the restaurant is waiting for inspections and its liquor license.

Once those are complete, the restaurant will open, possibly as soon as the first of the year.
