Resources For Successful Living Begins Nov. 19

November’s “Resources for Successful Living” Lunch and Learn topic will be “Depression and the Holidays”. This monthly event will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 19 from 12:05-12:50 p.m. at the Fayette County Agricultural Building, 255 Svoboda Lane, Room 104 in La Grange.

The guest speaker, Lauren McLean, Clinical Training Coordinator from Bluebonnet Trails Community Services, will cover ideas for recognizing and coping with sadness and depression during the holidays.

There is no cost for attending and the series is open to the public. Registration will begin at 11:50 a.m. Get informed on this timely issue so mark your calendar and bring your friends and your lunch, drinks will be provided.
