The focus of this year’s festival is to: Pray for our nation. Pray for peace. Pray for healing. Come together. We will also have the annual blessing of the hunters as part of the worship service. With conflict that reaches across our world, and within our nation, and in anticipation of an important presidential election, it is an important time for people to come together to pray, to seek God’s guidance, and to be lifted up by the power and presence of God who promises to be with us. In these days of worry, fear and doubt, it is time to turn to God, to trust in God.
Kist By Grace Worship is an extension of Kist By Grace, a Christian Praise and Worship band based in Orchard, Texas. The members of the band have come together to produce an experience they hope will appeal to all walks of life. After all, celebrating Jesus Christ is, and always has been, the greatest celebra-tion experience ever. Most of the members of Kist By Grace Worship started their careers on stage in church, however moved toward the secular genres such as country and rock. They have been on stage for the majority of their lives, entertaining audiences all over the US and other countries.
The band consists of Debra Gayle originally from Petal, Mississippi, Kevin “KP” Peikert from Egypt, Texas, Melissa Mund from San Antonio, Jacob Reid from Houston, Bryan Graham from Paris, Texas, Alan Babb from Saint Cloud, Minnesota, Kim Nessler from Needville, Texas, Anne Marie Suire from Beaumont, and Brad Beene from Fairfield, Texas. The group brings their gift of vocals along with keys, guitar, cello, violin, bass, and drums for an amazing evening for the whole family.
