Record Visits Rome

The Fayette County Record traveled with a group from Schulenburg to Rome recently. Pictured are Pat Pavlik, Shirley Machicek, Bobbie Rainosek, Jackie Vornsand, Jean Schimcek and Donnie Machicek. While in Rome, the group visited the Colosseum, Pantheon, Vatican and Sistine Chapel, St. Peter’s Basilica, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. They heard Pope Francis on Sunday, Sept. 15, give the Angelus Prayer to the public.
