The Record traveled in Europe in June and July with Rebecca Hegar, granddaughter Emmy, and daughter Anna Hegar.
They visited the home near Karlovice, Czech Republic, where Rebecca’s grandfather, Frantisek Bolf, was born in the 1880s. He later settled and raised his family in Floresville.
