Record Travels to Antarctica

David Brooks and wife Darlene Kolaja, from the DDV Ranch in Southeastern Fayette County, on Oct. 28 visited Antarctica on one of the first voyages this South American Summer Antarctica Season. Yeah, the Summer weather there is colder than we typically see in Winter in Fayette County. Brooks hoped to get pictures in a submarine trip 100-200m below the surface at Antarctica however the weather never cooperated with any of the submarine operations. They couldn’t do the polar plunge with the Record in hand as there are zero pollution policies there, but they did take the polar plunge while there in -6C water.
