Record Adding Two Newspaper Editions Per Week – Sort Of

As part of celebrating our 100th year of continuous publication this year, The Fayette County Record is dipping back into our archives in a new way.

We’re calling it the Tuesday Timecapsule. Every Tuesday, complete PDF versions of our two newspaper editions from 10 years ago will be sent to all our e-edition subscribers, in the same format they get their current issues of our newspaper.

It’s free.

Our e-edition subscribers got their first email with the Timecapsule editions this Tuesday.

When you get the Tuesday Timecapsule email each week just click on the front pages to access the entire issues.

We hope you enjoy flipping through these pages of history as much as we do to reflect, remember and see how far (or not) we’ve all come in a decade’s time.

Lots of our readers get both the print and e-edition of the paper (there’s no extra charge) but if you are not one of those, here’s what you can do:

• Go to fayettecountyrecord.com and then click on the “eedition” in the upper right hand corner of the homepage and then just follow the prompts whether you are an existing print subscriber wanting to add the e-edition or a new subscriber.
