LG Garden Club
The La Grange Garden Club will hold its regular monthly meeting, Thursday, Sept. 24 beginning at 11:30 a.m. with social and program at 12 noon at the Randolph Recreation Center located at 653 Pearl St. in La Grange. The program will include city officials and various local community leaders for a lively question and answer discussion on future projects and collaboration. This presentation is open to the public. Join every fourth Thursday of the month for an interesting and informative program.
Friday Night Sing
Get ready for a free night of toe-tappin’ heart-liftin’ music. Join for a special evening of music with The Skaggs Brothers, where classic country sounds meet powerful messages of hope and faith, on Friday, Sept. 25 from 7-9 p.m. at Round Top Church Christian Fellowship, 440 E. Kulhanek Family Reunion
The Kulhanek Family Reunion will be held on Sunday, Sept. 27. The day will begin at 10 a.m. Memorial Mass at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Fayetteville. Following Mass, family and friends will gather at Heh, Remember When, 3031 FM1291, Suite 200, Fayetteville for lunch and fellowship. A potluck luncheon will begin at 12:30 p.m. Bring your favorite dish to share. Bread, tea, and fruit punch will be provided, and a cash bar will be available. Traditional reunion activities will include the guessing game, door prizes, silent auction, and raffle. KC BBQ Sunday
The La Grange Knights of Columbus Chromcik Council No. 2574 will host their KC BBQ Sunday, Sept. 27. BBQ chicken and sausage to-go (drive-thru) will be available from 10:30 a.m to 12 noon at the KC Community Center located at 190 Brown St. in La Grange. A slab of pork ribs is $20, chicken is $12 and sausage is $7. Orders are guaranteed on call-ins by calling (979) 968-5117.
CDA No.1962 Meeting
The CDA Court Annunciation No. 1962 of La Grange and Plum will hold their meeting on Monday, Sept. 28 in the Msgr. Harry Mazurkiewicz Center in La Grange.
