Martin Luther Lutheran Harvest Festival Oct. 18
The Martin Luther Lutheran Church Harvest Festival will take place on Oct. 18 in the Fellowship Hall of the church located at 211 Luther Ln. Carmine. Worship Service 9:30 a.m.
There will be a barbecue pork ribeye and sausage meal with, potatoes, green beans with homemade desserts. Serving will be from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
The raffle drawing will take place at 12:30 p.m. with the grand prize of a John Deere Zero Turn.

MLLC News
A Shared Ministry Information Meeting will be held after worship service on Sunday, Oct. 4. The purpose of the meeting is to present the framework of what a potential agreement would be if Martin Luther was to enter into a shared ministry with Bethlehem Lutheran of Round Top, St. Paul Lutheran of Shelby and Waldeck Lutheran Church and to provide the opportunity for the congregation to ask questions and offer feedback. There will not be a vote at this meeting.
AA group meets Saturday at 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Sunday School begins Sunday at 9 a.m.
Holy Communion, observing the 18th Sunday after Pentecost, is Sunday at 10 a.m. The Rev. Ken Weiss will serve as the guest pastor.

Personal Care Kits
WELCA is collecting items for the Personal Care Kits for Lutheran World Relief as follows: 1 light to medium bath size towel; 2 bath size bars of soap; 1 adult toothbrush; 1 sturdy comb; and 1 metal nail clipper (with or without attached file.) Wrap items in towel and secure with yarn. Any of the items will be accepted and we appreciate the donations.
Senior Citizens to Meet Senior Citizens meet on Wednesday from 8:30-11:30 a.m. in the Mission & Ministry Building. There will be a meal pick-up and dominoes.
