Alcoholics Anonymous Meetings

Alcoholics Anonymous meetings are at the Schulenburg Expo Center 1003 Kallus St. The Hope Group meets on Sundays at 8 p.m. and Wednesday at 7 p.m. These are open meetings, all are welcome. Non-alcoholics are welcomed as observers only. For more information go to cbiaa.org or austinaa.org.

Proper Flag Disposal Drop Off Locations

The Texas Heroes Museum located at 171 S. Main in La Grange accepts old flags for proper disposal. The drop-off bin is inside the museum which is open 1-4 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, and 1-4 p.m. Sunday. If leaving flags outside the door when the museum is closed, please have them in a plastic bag or a box so that they are not laying on the ground.

Al-Anon Meetings in Bastrop

Al-Anon meetings are held every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at United Methodist Church located at 1201 Main St. in Bastrop. If you are struggling with a relative or friend who misuses alcohol or any other addiction, Bastrop Al-Anon (Let it Begin with Me) group is here for you. Lafayette Masonic Lodge Meetings
