Quilt Block Paint Class Saturday
The March Quilt Block Paint class will be held on March 8. There are still several spots available for students. If you are interested in making a 2 ft. x 2 ft. quilt block to hang on a fence, barn, or porch please go to www.quiltblocktrail. com and register for the class. Registration is $90 and can be completed online.
The class runs from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and will be held at Zilss Hall in Winchester. All supplies are furnished, and each student should be able to leave with a completed block. The blocks are painted with exterior latex paint and are suitable for hanging outdoors. Please bring a sack lunch and come in comfortable clothes or bring an apron as you may get paint on them.
If you are unable to make the March 8 class, a list of planned classes is on the website. If you have any questions, contact Karen Kilian at kilian@ cvctx.com.
