La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of April 20-27.
Agency Assist
On April 27, Geer was dispatched to the 700 block of S. Madison regarding a fire. One male was transported by EMS Accident
On April 22, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 1600 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business regarding an accident.
On April 23, Officer Brett Meinardus responded to the 500 block of E. Travis for a two-vehicle minor accident.
On April 24, Officer Mitchell Maxwell was dispatched to the 1900 block of Hwy.159 regarding a two-vehicle accident.
On April 27, Officer Noah Geer was dispatched to the intersection of US 77 North and State Hwy. 71 west frontage for a two-vehicle accident.
Animal Complaint
On April 24, Meinardus responded to the 1600 block of Hwy. 159 for a stray dog on the side of the roadway. Officer took the dog to the animal shelter.
On April 24, Maxwell was dispatched to the 1900 block of W. State Hwy.71 Business regarding an animal complaint. Burglary
On April 21, Geer was dispatched to the 600 block of N. Washington regarding a burglary of a habitation.
Civil Matter
On April 21, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 700 block of N. Washington regarding a civil matter.
City Ordinance Violation On April 23, Meinardus responded to the 100 block of E. Pecan for Frontier internet going door to door. Subjects were notified they required a permit and could not continue when the sun went down.
Disturbance
On April 20, Maxwell was dispatched to the 1600 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business regarding an irate customer.
On April 22, Haynie was dispatched to the 300 block of Wood Hollow regarding a family disturbance.
On April 23, Officer John Wostarek was dispatched to the 100 block of Meadow Lane regarding a verbal disturbance.
Driving While Intoxicated
On April 27, Geer was dispatched to the 200 block of E. Eblin regarding a subject driving while intoxicated.
Fraud
On April 21, Haynie spoke with a subject in the 800 block of E. Travis regarding fraud.
Family Violence
On April 26, Geer was dispatched to the 800 block of N. Jefferson regarding family violence.
On April 26, Geer was dispatched to the 500 block of W. Lowerline regarding family violence with bodily injury.
Harassment
On April 24, Meinardus received a call from the 100 block of Meadow Lane where a complainant advised of arguing over text messages with daughter’s boyfriend.
Juvenile Complaint
On April 20, Maxwell was dispatched to the 1900 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business regarding a juvenile complaint. Loud Music
On April 20, Meinardus responded to the 1600 block of W. State Hwy.71 Business for loud banging next door. Subjects were advised to keep it down.
On April 21, Meinardus responded to the 1000 block of E. Fannin for loud music.
Littering
On April 21, Officer Jeffrey Archerd was dispatched to 10 Bluffview regarding littering. Parking Violation
On April 25, Geer was dispatched to the 300 block of Wood Hollow regarding a parking violation.
Suspicious Person/Vehicle OnApril 20, Wostarek was dispatched to the 100 block of W. Colorado regarding a suspicious person. OnApril 21, Wostarek was dispatched to the 400 block of S. College regarding a suspicious person.

Trespassing
On April 21, Chief David Gilbreath responded to the 200 block of W. Pearl where a complainant reported subjects were sleeping on his property and using his water to take baths during the night.

On April 22, Archerd conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of E. Cedar.
