La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of Sept. 6-13 Abandoned Vehicle

On Sept. 8, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 1200 block of Carrol Lane regarding an abandoned vehicle.

Agency Assist

On Sept. 7, Haynie spoke with. subject in the 300 block of Zilss Rd. regarding an agency assist.

Assault By Threat

On Sept. 6, Officer Jose Garza responded to the 400 block of N. Main regarding threats by text.

Animal Complaint

On Sept. 7, Haynie was dispatched to the 800 block of E. Travis for an animal complaint.

On Sept. 8, Animal control officer Leslie Yezakl responded to the 300 block of S. Jackson for snake in a bush.

On Sept. 10, Garza responded to the 500 block of E. Travis for an animal locked in a vehicle.

On Sept. 10, Haynie responded to the 400 block of W. Lafayette regarding an animal complaint.

On Sept. 12, Haynie was dispatched to the 500 block of Koenig for an animal complaint.

On Sept. 12, Officer Adrian Ortiz was dispatched to the 500 block of E. Pearl regarding an animal complaint.

Accident

On Sept, 12, Ortiz was dispatched to the 2300 block of W. State Hwy.71 for an accident.

On Sept. 12, Haynie was dispatched to the 600-block of E. Colorado for an accident.

City Ordinance Violation 

On Sept. 6, Garza responded to the 200 block of E. Crockett in reference to a burn ban violation.

Disturbance

On Sept. 8, Haynie was dispatched to the 400 block of E. Travis HEB for a disturbance.

Family Violence

On Sept. 13, Haynie was dispatched to the 500 block of E. Lafayette to speak with a subject regarding family violence. Loud Music

On Sept. 7, Sgt. Mitchell Maxwell was dispatched to the 200 block of E. Travis for loud music.

On Sept. 11, Ortiz was dispatched to the 400 block of W. Colorado regarding loud music.

Missing Child

On Sept. 8, Haynie was dispatched to the 300 block of S. Jackson regarding a missing child.

Suspicious Vehicle

On Sept. 12, Ortiz was dispatched to the 300 block of N. Jefferson for a suspicious vehicle.

Theft

On Sept. 6, Meinardus responded to the 700 block of E. Walnut where complainant advised a package was taken from her front porch.

On Sept. 6, Garza responded to the 1900 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business Wal-Mart for theft.

On Sept. 7, Haynie spoke with a subject regarding theft of services in the 500 block of Cindy Lane.

Runaway

On Sept. 6, Officer Brett Meinardus took a call that advised a runaway juvenile had returned home in the Winchester area.

Welfare Check

On Sept. 7, Ortiz was dispatched to the 1300 block of N. Jefferson for a welfare check.
