Reimagined Alejandra’s Opens in Downtown La Grange

Friday was opening day at the much-anticipated new Alejandra’s restaurant on the corner of business 77 and 71 in La Grange (in the old Pharm House Drug location or if you have lived here a really long time, the old Super S Grocery). Owner Alejandra Saldierna was excited to welcome patrons for a two-week “soft opening” period before a Grand Opening thereafter. The location took about a year of prep. Alejandra had run the restaurant by the same name next to Al’s Food Mart for five years before making this move a few blocks south.
