In With the New, Out With the Old

On Thurday, June, 2 a mainstay in the La Grange skyline changed. The classic “Dairy Queen” sign, that has been up since many of us can remember, has been swapped out for the updated “DQ” sign.

Over the last several months the La Grange Dairy Queen has been going through renovations.

“It’s just nice and refreshing to see the change; we’ve been the same for years and we haven’t had anything done,” said La Grange Dairy Queen General Manager Dawn Parks when asked about the remodel.

“It was a ‘Wow’ moment. The staff wasn’t expecting as much of a change. I hope all the customers enjoy it. It will give them a nice place to relax,” added Parks.
