Mobile Food Pantry In Waldeck Nov. 16

The Central Texas Food Truck will be at the Waldeck Lutheran Church on Saturday, Nov. 16 from 10-11 a.m. This will be a drive through so everyone should stay in their car.
Shared Lutheran Ministry St. Paul Lutheran in Fayetteville will have their annual turkey or beef stew on Saturday, Nov. 9 at the old fire station starting at 10:30 am. $10 for a quart and bring your own container is requested. Proceeds will benefit the St. Paul restoration project.
The confirmation class will meet at St. John in Rutersville on Sunday, Nov. 10 from 3-4:30 p.m.
Worship services are still offered on Facebook, You Tube and KTIM 89.1 on Sundays at noon. Ellinger has worship every Sunday at 8 a.m. with communion. St. Mary Catholic Church St. Mary’s Catholic Church mass is every Saturday at 4 p.m. and Sunday at 8 a.m.
Brethren Church
Fayetteville Brethren Church has services the second, third, and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10 a.m. Other services are at Industry Brethren on the second, third and fourth Saturdays at 5 p.m., Wesley Brethren on Sundays at 9 a.m. and Nelsonville Brethren on Sundays at 10:15 a.m. Rev. Mike Groseclose leads all the services. The Nelsonville service is live streamed on Nelsonville Brethren’s Facebook page.
Ellinger C of C
Ellinger Chamber of Commerce will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12 in the chamber dining hall. All chamber and community members are invited.
Ellinger Sewer and Water Ellinger Sewer and Water will meet on Monday, Nov. 11 at the fire station at 6 p.m.
LGISD Early Release
There will be a district wide early release on Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 12 noon. This is due to the La Grange High School band qualifying for state. The band will perform at 3 p.m. in San Antonio at the Alamodome.
