Micans Mark Milestones With Bermuda Cruise

The Fayette County Record recently took a cruise to Bermuda with Randy and Jeannie Mican of Schulenburg. They departed from New York aboard the Norwegian Aqua passing through the Manhattan Harbor by the Statue of Liberty out to the North Atlantic Ocean. They spent three days on the island of Bermuda exploring local landmarks, the Crystal Caves, and enjoying several of Bermuda’s beautiful beaches. One of the highlights of their visit was a day at Horseshoe Bay, Bermuda’s most famous beach. Known for its soft pink sand, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and dramatic rock formations. The beach’s distinctive pink hue makes it one of the world’s top 10 beaches. Upon return to New York City they stayed at Times Square and explored the 9-11 Memorial and several of New York’s parks. This year is especially meaningful for Randy and Jeannie, as they are celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary and Jeannie’s recent departure from St. Rose of Lima Catholic School after 25 years of service. Their Bermuda cruise provided a memorable way to mark these special milestones together. They also took The Record along to keep up with the latest news while traveling.
