Martin Luther Lutheran Church Hosting Blood Drive
A blood drive will be held Sunday, May 22 at Martin Luther Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Each donor will receive a beach towel. Walk-ins are encouraged and accepted in vacant sign-up slots. Appointments can be made by calling (832) 212- 2799 or sending an email to khardin@giveblood.org.
Lunch Bunch
The next Lunch Bunch gathering will be Monday, May 23 at 12 p.m. This month’s hosts are Tricia Blackistone and Jan Hughes and will be held at Winedale. Bring a chair, lunch and drink.
Art Show
Saturday, May 28-Sunday, May 29 there will be a pop-up Art Show at Round Top Town Hall. See art by budding creatives, seasoned artists and everything in between.

The last Wednesday of each month, Blue Mule Winery hosts Red’s Terrific Trivia from 6:30- 8:30 p.m. Come out to win prizes, trophies and make new friends. Teams welcome.

Saturday, May 28, there will be a live dueling piano show at The Halles on Hwy. 237. 100% of the proceeds from this event will go to The Ride to End Alzheimer’s, The Round Top Family Library, and the Round Top Area Historical Society. Guests will be able to sing and dance along to their favorite hits all evening long. Crown Bar from La Grange will be selling cocktails, and there will also be a food truck and silent auction. $60 ticket includes general admission entry, one free signature cocktail and numerous other freebies. Shelby VFD Fundraiser
Shelby Volunteer Fire Department’s 64th annual fundraiser is scheduled for Sunday, May 29 at Harmonie Hall. Barbecue beef and pork plates are available dine-in or to-go from 11 a.m. until sold out. Barbecue by the pound will also be available. A free dance with Crossroads Band starts at 2 p.m. There will also be a silent auction and raffle. Proceeds help the department purchase fire equipment and provide necessary training.
Round Top Summer Show
The Round Top Summer Show is set for the first weekend in June, June 3-5. This is a much smaller version of the Spring and Fall show, but still worth the visit! Several vendors have already signed up for the show including Campbell Building, Carmine Trading Post, The Compound, County Line Antique Show, Grace’s Treasure Hunt, Granny McCormick’s Yard + Java Love Bus Coffee Shop, McCall Style, McLaren’s Antiques & Interiors, Oak Hill Trading Company, Round Top Vintage Market, Unique Antiques and Yellow Barn Antiques. The year-round businesses in Henkel Square, Bybee Square and Round Top Village will also be open for shoppers as well.
Round Top-Warrenton VFD
Round Top-Warrenton Volunteer Fire Department fundraiser is going on now. Purchase your tickets and win great prizes. The drawing will be held June 9 - you do not need to be present to win. A limited number of tickets will be sold. Tickets may be purchased at Round Top Real Estate, Round Top Service Station, Round Top Mercantile, Round Top Farm & Ranch, PawPaw’s Cafe, Carmine State Bank, Round Top State Bank, Electric Motor Service in La Grange, or from any RT-W VFD firefighter.
Festival Hill
The 51st Annual Round Top Music Festival Young Artists in Residence begins Sunday, June 5. Students will arrive at Festival Hill to begin a several weekslong musical event with the close on July 17.
Master Class performances will kick-off Tuesday, June 7 at 1:30 p.m. Professional musicians will be featured each day through July 16. For a full list of performers, or to purchase tickets, visit festivalhill.org.
Round Top Family Library
Round Top Family Library is open Monday-Friday from 1:30- 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Adult Yoga meets Mondays at 5 p.m. A low-impact strength training class meets Wednesdays at 10 a.m. during May and June. Please bring light weights for this class.
The Kids S.E.E. summer programs will be held in two sessions: June and July. These classes are free and focus on science, cooking, arts and gardening. This program is offered to children entering kindergarten through sixth grade. Class size limited.
RTFL FYI presents PHI Air Medical Thursday, May 26 at 7 p.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church. PHI Air Medical provides emergency air ambulance transport services to more than 30,000 patients each year. Join them for a helicopter landing at 7 p.m., followed by a talk with the specialized crew.
The monthly Senior Citizen gaming party will be Sunday, May 29 from 2-4 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
Round Top Rifle Hall
The Round Top Rifle Hall Monday Night Hamburger Social is the first through third Monday of each month. The Hall opens at 5:30 p.m., and the order window is open from 6-8 p.m. All proceeds benefit the continued improvement of the RTRA.

St. Martin’s Catholic Church in Warrenton holds a monthly service at 8 a.m. for the intentions left on the altar. The next mass will be held Tuesday, June 7.
Bethlehem Lutheran Church holds services with Pastor John David Nedbalek Sundays at 9:30 a.m. Sunday School is the first Sunday at 8:30 a.m. Ruth Circle is the first Thursday of each month at 9:30 a.m. Sewing Circle is the second Tuesday of each month at 9 a.m. Confirmation class is held Wednesdays at 4:15 p.m.
St. Paul Lutheran Church in Shelby holds Worship service at 8 a.m., followed by fellowship, coffee, and Sunday School at 9:45 a.m. Game Day is held the first and third Wednesday of each month from 2-4 p.m. Bring a snack, board game, dominoes, etc. Quilting meets the third Wednesday of each month at 9 a.m. Noisy Offering is the third Sunday of each month.
St. Cecilia’s Round Top Episcopal Church holds services with Father Bill Miller Sundays at 10:45 a.m. in the historic Haw Creek Chapel in Henkel Square. Music is provided by Joey McGee.
Round Top Christian Fellowship Church holds service at 10 a.m.
The City of Refuge Church on Hwy. 237 in Round Top holds bible study on Sunday mornings at 10 a.m. followed by church service at 11 a.m.
